GMB Technologies – Pilot Program Agreement

Important Notice:
This platform is currently provided as part of a pilot program. Use of the system during the pilot period may be free of charge, but future commercial use may be subject to subscription fees, licensing fees, transaction fees, success fees, or other charges.

1. Parties

This Pilot Program Agreement is entered into between GMB Technologies and the company, agency, organization, or user accessing and using the GMB Technologies platform.

2. Purpose of the Pilot Program

The purpose of the pilot program is to allow selected partners to test, use, evaluate, and provide feedback regarding the GMB Technologies digital platform for international recruitment, worker management, document management, agreements, status tracking, and related business workflows.

3. Pilot Access

During the pilot period, GMB Technologies may provide access to the platform without charge, subject to the terms of this agreement. GMB Technologies may update, improve, limit, suspend, or modify platform features during the pilot period.

4. Future Commercial Use

The user acknowledges and agrees that the platform may become a paid commercial service in the future. Future pricing may include, among other options:

Monthly subscription fees
Licensing fees
User-based fees
Company or agency account fees
Transaction fees
Success-based fees
Custom enterprise pricing

GMB Technologies will provide reasonable prior notice before applying any paid commercial terms.

5. No Permanent Free Use

Participation in the pilot program does not create any right to permanent free use of the platform. Continued use after the pilot period may require acceptance of commercial terms and payment of applicable fees.

6. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

Provide accurate and lawful information
Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
Protect login details and system access
Upload only documents and information the user is authorized to use
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and privacy obligations

7. Documents and Data

Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and validity of any documents, personal information, worker data, company data, agreements, or files uploaded to the platform.

8. System Availability

During the pilot period, the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GMB Technologies will make reasonable efforts to maintain the system, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability at all times.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, source code, design, workflows, modules, databases, system structure, business logic, interfaces, improvements, and future developments, remain the exclusive property of GMB Technologies.

10. Feedback and Improvements

Users may provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or requests during the pilot program. GMB Technologies may use such feedback to improve the platform without creating any ownership rights for the user.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, operational, technical, financial, or commercial information received through the pilot program.

12. Termination

GMB Technologies may suspend or terminate pilot access if the platform is misused, if unlawful activity is suspected, or if continued access is no longer suitable for the pilot program.

13. Acceptance

By accessing or using the platform, or by clicking “I Agree”, “Accept”, “Continue”, or any similar confirmation button, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Pilot Program Agreement.
