GMB Technologies provides technology services, software solutions, digital platforms, portals, dashboards, workflow tools, document systems, CRM-style tools, management systems and business automation solutions for various business fields, including but not limited to workforce management, international recruitment coordination, import and export, logistics, supplier management, real estate activity, document management, partner coordination, internal workflows, client management, project management, business operations and other current or future digital projects.
GMB Technologies provides technological infrastructure and software tools only. GMB Technologies is not a party to any commercial, legal, financial, employment, recruitment, real estate, import, export, supply, service, operational or business relationship between users, companies, corporations, partners, suppliers, clients, agencies, candidates, workers, property owners, buyers, sellers or any third parties who use, access or cooperate through the platform.
GMB Technologies does not act as an employer, manpower company, recruitment agency, broker, real estate broker, agent, representative, legal advisor, immigration advisor, importer, exporter, supplier, buyer, seller, contractor or commercial party in any transaction, cooperation, project, engagement or business relationship conducted between platform users or third parties.
GMB Technologies does not control, approve, guarantee or take responsibility for the commercial, legal, employment, recruitment, immigration, real estate, import, export, supply, payment, service or operational conduct of any user or third party.
Use of the platform does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, brokerage relationship, representation relationship, franchise, fiduciary duty or commercial relationship between GMB Technologies and any user, unless a separate written agreement is signed directly with GMB Technologies and expressly states otherwise.
Any business relationship, negotiation, cooperation, engagement, transaction, project, service supply, product supply, candidate selection, recruitment process, employment process, import-export activity, logistics activity, real estate activity, payment obligation or document exchange between platform users is the sole responsibility of the relevant users and third parties.
Each user, company, corporation, partner, supplier, client, agency or third party is solely responsible for its own business decisions, legal obligations, commercial agreements, uploaded information, documents, approvals, communications, transactions, payments, services, promises, representations and conduct.
The platform may display records, documents, statuses, candidate information, business information, workflow updates, operational details or other data entered or uploaded by users. This information is provided for digital management and coordination purposes only.
GMB Technologies does not provide legal, immigration, recruitment, employment, real estate, import, export, tax, financial, accounting, regulatory, insurance, medical or professional advice through the platform. Users are responsible for obtaining their own professional advice where required.
The platform may allow users to upload, store, display, exchange or manage documents, photos, videos, signatures, approvals, contracts, forms, business records, candidate records, supplier records, project records, real estate information, import-export documents or other information.
GMB Technologies is not responsible for false, inaccurate, forged, incomplete, expired, unauthorized, misleading, unlawful or improperly obtained information, documents, images, videos, signatures, approvals, representations or records uploaded, submitted or shared by users or third parties.
GMB Technologies may remove, restrict, disable or block access to content, files, users or accounts where GMB Technologies believes that such action is necessary for security, legal compliance, prevention of misuse, protection of the platform, or operational reasons.
Access to certain GMB Technologies platforms may require login details, usernames, passwords, permissions or approved user accounts. Users are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity performed through their accounts.
Users must not share passwords, bypass access restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, copy information outside authorized purposes, interfere with platform operation, upload harmful files, misuse data, scrape the platform or use the platform in a way that may harm GMB Technologies, other users or third parties.
GMB Technologies does not guarantee any business result, commercial result, recruitment result, employment result, visa result, real estate result, import-export result, supplier result, client result, sales result, payment result, operational result or financial result from the use of the platform.
The platform is a digital tool. The outcome of any business, commercial, employment, recruitment, real estate, import-export, logistics, supply or service activity depends on the users and third parties involved, not on GMB Technologies.
GMB Technologies is not responsible for services, products, candidates, workers, properties, goods, shipments, payments, obligations, warranties, representations, delays, cancellations, approvals, permits, licenses, documents or promises supplied, provided, offered or exchanged between users or third parties.
Any dispute, claim, loss, damage, demand, liability or legal proceeding relating to business dealings, services, products, workers, candidates, properties, imports, exports, logistics, payments, documents, obligations or relationships between users or third parties must be handled directly between the relevant parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each user acknowledges and agrees that GMB Technologies, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and service providers shall not be responsible for claims, demands, disputes, losses, damages, liabilities or legal proceedings arising from or related to business, commercial, legal, employment, recruitment, real estate, import, export, supply, service, payment, operational or third-party relationships between users or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users waive any future claim, demand or legal action against GMB Technologies in connection with disputes between users or third parties, third-party services or products, business cooperation, commercial activity, uploaded documents, uploaded information, representations made by users, payment obligations, recruitment activity, employment activity, real estate activity, import-export activity or supply of services or products between users or third parties.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMB Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of opportunity or third-party claims arising from or related to use of the website, platform, software tools, user content, third-party information or business dealings between users.
GMB Technologies does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, compatible with all systems, free from external technical disruptions or completely secure. GMB Technologies may perform maintenance, updates, security actions, changes or temporary restrictions as needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GMB Technologies, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising from or related to the user’s use of the platform, uploaded content, documents, unlawful activity, breach of these Terms, breach of law, breach of third-party rights, business dealings with other users or third parties, or false, inaccurate, unauthorized or misleading information submitted through the platform.
The website, platform structure, software interfaces, dashboards, workflows, visual design, code, system logic, content created by GMB Technologies, trademarks, branding and related technology are owned by or licensed to GMB Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, distribute, exploit, imitate or create competing systems based on GMB Technologies platforms, code, structure, workflows or design without prior written permission.
Use of the platform is also subject to the GMB Technologies Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy and ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable privacy, confidentiality, data protection and information security obligations.
GMB Technologies may update, modify, improve, suspend, restrict, replace, redesign or discontinue any website, feature, workflow, interface, module, dashboard, portal, access method or platform component from time to time.
GMB Technologies may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the platform or any part of it where GMB Technologies believes such action is necessary for security, legal compliance, prevention of misuse, non-payment where applicable, operational needs, protection of other users, platform integrity or violation of these Terms.
Certain paid services, custom development projects, support services, integrations or platform arrangements may be subject to a separate written agreement with GMB Technologies. In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement with GMB Technologies, the signed written agreement shall apply only to the specific matter covered by that agreement.
No relationship or agreement between users or third parties shall bind GMB Technologies unless GMB Technologies is expressly named as a party and signs the agreement through an authorized representative.
Subject to mandatory law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute directly between a user and GMB Technologies relating to these Terms or GMB Technologies services shall be submitted to the competent courts in Israel, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
